Plate with hole

The favorite academic example of all time: a 100×100 mm plate with a nice hole in the center providing some well defined stress concentration. The plate is subjected to in-plane loading in both direction. Two different load trajectories are supplied, constant amplitude sinusoidal and variable amplitude.
